We've been made aware of an issue whilst attempting to upgrade a business sandbox account to a payments pro business sandbox account.
During this upgrade process, an error is shown on-screen to the user and the account is not upgraded to payments pro.
Our engineering team have been made aware of this issue and requested to investigate and resolve.
I'll post back in this "pinned" thread once the issue has been resolved.
