Activity Download Report data - API or need SFTP enabled for my sandbox account

I am trying to pull data from the "Activity Download Report" which we can manually get in a CSV file.  I would like to skip the manual step and pull the data directly.  I don't see how this is possible using the API's as we also need the sweep amounts and sweep dates.  So I am trying to set up STFP to try to pull this data.  It says I need to contact somebody and has this link https://www.paypal-support.com/s/login/?language=en_US&ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2Fcontactsupport%3Flangu... .  I cannot log into that link to even try to contact a human.  Can anybody provide ideas or help for getting the Activity Download data either via SFTP access or API calls?

Hello,

For production sFTP access, you need to request that functionality be enabled on your account via our customer service team - https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us

Ensure to request they grant you sFTP access and subscribe you to the settlement report (STL) and transaction reconciliation report (TRR).

Thank you for the response.  When I click on that link, it suggests a knowledgebase sort of GUI.  That fails to provide a way to request this.

 

Next is the "message us" icon to click on.  That  says it is unavailable at 4 PM Eastern.  I don't know when it would be available.  After many tries I get an automated bot which results in "All our agents are currently offline. Please try again during business hours."  Could you tell me when these hours are?  I would think 4 PM is still business hours, but maybe this is in India or China.

 

Next up is the "resolution center."  When I click on this, I go to a screen which would list resolutions, but I guess there are none.  There is a "report a problem" button.  WHen I click on this, it goes to https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/activities/?free_text_search=&start_date=2022-06-09&end_date=2022-0... which shows nothhing.

 

There is still hope, for there is an "email us" button.  I tried that previously and have yet to receive a response.  Should I try again?  

 

The last hope is a phone call.  It first asks about messaging when I click the telephone option, but of course that is not available either when I try.  So I call and get an automated bot that cannot understand what I want.  It guesses that I want help with a "merchant" account and tries to connect to a human, but alas no humans are available.  It says they will call back.  I hope they do.  If our company made it this hard to simply turn on a feature when we would have zero customers.  I don't understand.  If anybody has an idea of something to try, please let me know.
