Acces to sftp for sandbox required 20220504

Hi there,

is it possible to enable sftp for my account in sandbox MerchantID - UE3XQJ2KDREDG

For settlement reports (STL) and transaction detail reports (TRR).

Hello,

Thanks for sharing the merchant id for your sandbox business account.

I've enabled sFTP reporting on the account and also setup a subscription for the STL/TRR reports with delivery to your sFTP folder on a daily basis, starting with the next reporting cycle (24 hours).

Hello,

Thanks for sharing the merchant id for your sandbox account.

I've checked the account and sFTP access was already enabled, but the account did not have a subscription for the settlement report, which I've now rectified.

Delivery of the settlement report (STL) will now occur on a daily basis to the sFTP folder for your sandbox account.

Login using a sFTP user to retrieve the reports starting in the next reporting cycle (within 24 hours).

Hello,@MTS_Justin , thanks for your help last time.Another test account of mines (account ID:GFDTQXLUEGJTN) doesn't have the authorization of accessing SFTP as well as a subscription of the settlement report (STL). Could you please enable the SFTP access and help to subscribe the settlement report to the account?

Hello,

Apologies for the delay in responding, I was out of office on holidays.

Both accounts already have sFTP access enabled, but were not subscribed to the STL report. They're both now subscribed and delivery will commence within the next reporting cycle (24 hrs).
