About TLSv1.2 migration

Hey guys,

Is there a way to check if a transaction was made using TLS 1.2? For example, I have a transaction ID that was completed yesterday, is it possible to see if this transaction was using 1.2?

Hello,

We can't check specific transactions, we can only review from an account overview perspective.

I would recommend creating a support ticket at our support portal (https://www.paypal.com/mts) requesting for us to check your account for compliance.
