API credentials

I have access to the sandbox API creds but on paypal.com, there is no option to "Request API Credentials" under NVP/SOAP API. it only says "Manage API Credentials" and on click it says "Couldn't confirm it's you".

Though I have put a request from developer.paypal.com. enabled Paypal Here, Personal and Account information on both Live and Sandbox Accounts. but to no avail.

If you already have active API credentials, you'll only see the "manage credentials" option.

The "couldn't confirm it's you" part is being returned most likely due to no contact information being available on your production account. Verification is attempted when you attempt to view certain information within your account.

Try adding a mobile number to your account and then re-attempt to access the manage API credentials section again.
