Hello community ,
I'm currently try to set up and test payment for my new business (edit)<<-- removed email -- >>(edit)
however , After setting up all the Api keys , payment/checkout paypal page is idle .
spoke to my website support the said i have a 10002 error
security error>> Longmessage>>security header not valid
etc etc
anyone else experienced this

"10002" is an authentication error.
Check the API credentials you're using to ensure they're correct and ensure you're using the correct API endpoint. You can only use production account API credentials within our production environment and sandbox account API credentials within our sandbox environment. The credentials are not interchangeable between the two environments.

I followed the instruction and sent up a sand box account inserted correct details and viewed my api keys
i also I have a live account also fully equipped with all the credentials
I then clicked done and inserted all the details into my back end
pls see attached
the msg i received yesterday from my website support attached pls see kindly

Please share the merchant id / payer id for the account from which you retrieved the API credentials.
