How to manage scaling a business with PayPal?

Hey so I have this question, I'm thinking about starting a supplement e-commerce store selling supplements, health coffee powder and other relevant products. 

 

Some of these products will be continuity (subscription based products).

 

I'm planning on using adwords and GDN for buying some traffic and scaling it up after we test our landing page copy, offer and so on. Once we break even, we want to scale it up as much as we possibly can.

 

This usually generates a significant volume when it comes to revenue.

 

So my question, what are some of the requirement for "smooth" revenue flow with Paypal without Paypal holding some funds for extended periods or review or anything else.

 

Here is why it's critical, let's say we're buying ads and breaking even via sales, we won't be able to scale without proper cash flow management as we have to buy and store inventory, plus spend cash on advertising and so on.

 

Sometimes we also have to pay affiliate partner sites.
