I would like to be able to check programmatically if anybody sent money on my personal account using paypal.me. What API/SDK should I use ? With the API/SDK, what are the main steps (API calls) for
- connecting to a personal account,
- finding out if a new payment occurred or what was the last payment,
- how much was paid
- who paid it (email address)
For information, I am planning to implement that on a Arduino and would like to control a relay giving access to a device when somebody has paid me on a personal account. The idea is like that:
1) somebody use paypal.me link written on the device to send a small amount on my account and push a button on the device
2) the device checks if a new payment has occurred and sends a password to payer email address to unlock the device.
The reason to use paypal.me is that I don't want to maintain public website/webpage just for payment.
Thank you.
