paypal Error “We were unable to process the Http Request” on setCredentials (paypal-here-sdk)

Hello,

I am using paypal-here-sdk-android-distribution, I received "We were unable to process the Http Request" on setCredentials(); I have "Successfully got the credentials from composite str" but the error comes up on setCredentials();
