bug with login in iOS 13.1, 13.2,

Hello, we have found a bug with login in PayPal on iOS 13.1, 13.2, 13.3.
Everything works until ios 13. Every time when I want to log in and make payment in my iPhone I get 401 error

But on iOS 12.4. Everything is working.

I'm seeing that IOS only with some specific PayPal accounts, SDK 2.17.
