I am developing the app, where users can pay by PayPal. It includes simple payments for some features, just send money from user to my business account. Also, the app includes herder payments flow - order. We would like to use orders for Delayed Disbursement (to other PayPal account). Which mobile SDK do I need to use?
Example: User1 has a deal with User2. First of all, User1 send money to PayPal. User2 will get this money after successfully ending of the deal and we will take our fee from this amount.
