Which SDK for multiple recurring payments with one checkout?

I have multiple recurring payment items in a card and need only one checkout. This is not possible with the REST API.

But which API can I use for that? Braintree SDK? SOAP (deprecated but still usable?)? There is also a new subscriptions API not available for everyone? https://developer.paypal.com/docs/limited-release/subscriptions/
