We are using Express checkout via Braintree SDK Credentials accessToken method to interact from web and mobile apps in prod for paypal payments. But we are getting this error : "Sorry we cannot connect to PayPal. Please try again in a few minutes." when we try to launch checkout paypal web view. And we have successfully tested this in sandbox account. we are facing this issue only in live environment.
Could you please help us to resolve this.

We’ve a completely different environment, with adaptive payments but I can report that starting from approximately the second half of July, we started having very long time response from PayPal, more than 50 seconds. But probably this isn’t related to what you’re reporting.
