Vendor account does not have a confirmed email. Unable to confirm sandbox accounts.

 Hello I'm testing paypal.cordova.mobilesdk on my app.
On confirm payment with credit card it return this error: "Vendor account does not have a confirmed email"
I tried to create and confirm another accounts and email.  But I didn't get it.
Can support confirm manually this sandbox account ? <removed>
