Hello There,
Good afternoon,
We are using PayPal SDK for payment in the iOS & Android platform application. When I am sending a request to create payout in production mode, I always get an error: Too many requests. Blocked due to rate limiting. It was working fine previously, but now it is not working. Can you please look at it and figure it out.
We are getting below response while logging in.

This looks like GOAT's problem but since they dont answer any customer service we cant do anything, lot of people are getting this error in the moment. But unfortunately no one reached for help!
