The simplest annual subscription-based website - where do I start?

Hi, my |ASP.NET MVC website needs the simplest payment gateway. Schools pay an annual fee to use my subscription. So all I want are:

1. Customers fill in their credit card details, which is directly sent to the bank, not stored locally, and it returns a code indicating whether payment has gone through.

2. Alternatively, client uses their paypal to pay.

What is the simplest way of doing this?
