Hi All,
My first post and my first integrated payment website 🙂
I have everyhting working, create, suspend, reavtivate, cancel subscrtiptions and my website is picking up the webhook events.
What I would like ti find out is what exactly happens when a user suspends or cancels and how long I still give them access for ? The plans are monthly.
E.g If someone signs up 1st April, and suspends 2nd April, do you give them access until 1st May ? Does the same apply to Cancel ? I am assuming they have paid for a whole month and a refund isn't given.
When the next payment is taken do I get a webhook event telling me so and therefore I can add a month to their expiry date OR do i get an event saying payment failed. I assume if they do anyhting else with the subscrtion (cancel etc) I'll just handle it via the already working webhook event.
Many thanks in advance.
David
