Payum PayPal express-checkout

I am using PayPal PLUS (REST/PHP SDK) and want to switch to PayPal Checkout.

Now I had a look at Payum and Omnipay. Would like to use one of them, perhaps Payum.

But, express-checkout is not the same as Checkout?

"NVP" Express Checkout API is a legacy integration.

We recommend merchants to integrate our latest PayPal Checkout (Smart button) product.

Please follow the below steps via your PayPal Business account. 

Login PayPal.com >> click on "settings icon" >> go to "Account settings" >> Website payments >>  PayPal buttons >> select the "Smart button” button >> fill required details >> copy & paste the button code on your website.

Login PayPal.com >> go to direct link "https://www.paypal.com/buttons/"

Third party platform eCommerce develops their own plugins/modules.

I would suggest to please contact your website developer or the support of your third party platform(eCommerce) who should be able to help regarding the plugin/module setup.
