Paypal Sandbox payment state completed but Live payment state pending.

I am using  the (Java) Rest API to capture the payments. It stated completed in sandbox mode but receive pending status when it go live.

I can't find the same case on the internet and have no idea on how to solve this problem. Can anyone help?
