When I try to open https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr in an Android WebView, only the loading spinner appears and says "Please wait ...".
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
Easily turn on Javascript on the WebViewSettings

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
