Title says the problem.
Implemented smart buttons with given code - worked in sandbox - but not working live...
Not sure if Auth. token should be getting sent with API call, since it is a 403 error, but none is passed in request headers automatically called by SDK func.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
