PayPal App on iPad - can not get the notifications to work

Have the app installed on my ipad

 

when I go to settings, then touch "notifications",   All I get is a box telling me.....we're sorry, we could not complete your actions for the moment.  I click okay then it goes blank

 

have totally uninstalled app and reinstalled with no luck

 

have made sure all notifications are turned "On" within the iPad settings itself, with no luck

 

this has been a frustrating error for several weeks now

 

any suggestion......have sent a report to technical team, with no response either.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
