PHP class PayerInfo not found

am getting error message Class 'PalPal\Api\PayerInfo' not found with the folowiing code

$payeri=new PalPal\Api\PayerInfo();

i also tried using

use PalPal\Api\PayerInfo;

what am i doing wrong please?
