Hi,

My business is based in Israel.

Id like to know if Paypal Marketplace is still a thing and if it can be implemented in this country? That would includes sellers registration, credit card transaction to sellers, payouts to sellers paypal wallets etc?

You'll need to contact PayPal customer service to have Payouts enabled in your account and get an account manager. If you are approved, you are able to use it.
