Would like to ask some help. Not sure why I get this kind of error.

Ive already use before the "paypal rest api sdk", I think 2 years ago and there is no problem with the sdk and when I check the log there is no Authorization header. And then I tried to submit using curl in shell/terminal but still I got an error "INTERNAL_SERVICE_ERROR" even I provided/added the Access Token.
