I want to program some small device to check a check paypal balance programmatrically to verify if a payment has been made in the last minute(s), and what was the amount. The device is connected to internet via home network. No website or webserver is involved. Payment is done using a paypal.me link. Afaik, I can't use IPN because it requires URL/webhook (if I am wrong, explain how I can get notification without webserver).
What SDK/API can I use to check payment/balance ? What is the delay between payment with Paypal.me and update of account information ?
