Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400

My WooCommerce PayPal Checkout page won't work, the PayPal button doesn't show out, in the right corner, a round button is keep running,  attached is the screenshot.

Opened the console and found an error message as below:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()

• The Wordpress Health Check is all good.
• Plugin installed: WooCommerce PayPal Payment 1.9.3
• OS: Ubuntu 20.04, PHP 7.4, apt upgrade to latest

It's resolved now.

I changed the Wordpress Currency settings to match US DOLLARS.
