Our team is experiencing a critical bug with the JavaScript SDK for subscriptions. In particular the "onApprove" method is NOT being called when the end user clicks the black overlay. This happens every single time. To replicate the issue do the following;
1. Tap the PayPal button to launch the dialog window.
2. Click on the black overlay. The one that has text on it saying "Don’t see the secure PayPal browser? We’ll help you re-launch the window to complete your purchase".
3. Subscribe to the plan. The window does NOT close and the "onApprove" callback does NOT fire. The PayPal dialog window has a white background and doesn't close.
This issue is happening in production mode.
This is a very critical issue for us as we just launched and are getting a lot of subscribers but the accounts are not being created due to this issue. Please advise and help us get this up the ladder.
Thank you!
