Hi there, I'm trying to integrate PayPal JAVA SDK to my project, using sandbox env at this time. The most problem I'm facing is I don't know how to calculate fee exactly because it depends on receiver's account country (dynamic % fee by country). The scenario is I'm a merchant, using PayOut to send money to our client. So, I'm really confuse at that, I must set static fee is US$20 and retrieve history of this payout to get correct fee amount.
