Adding Venmo, Apple Pay via Paypal

Hi,

I love paypal and I've been a payflow pro customer for over 15 years now.  

But I have an extremely difficult time making sense of the different PayPal offerings and what I need to do to add Venmo to my checkout.

I'd like to add Venmo and apple pay as options on my website.  Is that possible through paypal for one or both of them.

If so can I use express checkout, or do I need to do something with braintree?
