I cannot sign into my account

I cannot sign into my account, it says "we couldn't verify your identity"

My email is right, the password is as well.

It's just this unknown error that happens all the time. It just says "couldn't verify your identity"

Could anybody please help me with this issue?

There is a problem in sending the code to the phone registered in my account. I do not receive the password to my phone to open my account
