I was trying to log into my account as usuall ,but without success !

I checked every info many times , but they keep showing this message "We can not connect. Contact us for help, or try signing in again.".

your account could be suspended.
it's a possibility, but it would be notify normally.
as the message says, it would be good to contact Paypal by phone.
Paypal is also on facebook / twitter.
