Some years ago I moved from my country and created a Paypal account with another e-mail, it asked me to fill a phone number and everything was alright, but I had to comeback to my country and I never changed the phone number of that account. I'm trying to login, I'm able to change my password, but when I try to login it wants either send an SMS or call to the number that I don't use anymore and even if I've tried to keep in touch or to esnd message to the new person that uses it, I don't get any answer. What can I do to access to my account if I have no access to the phone number that is associated to?!
