ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY BANNED

Hello, my account has been permanently restricted and they sent me a message saying they would email me to get my money (on paypal) back into my bank account within 180 days. I haven't received anything since, I just want my money back and to get rid of this platform. If you know how I can send an email directly to customer service. Thank you for your help.
