"Activity Report" download link goes to PP Home Page

I submitted a request for an "Activity Report" and within moments, received an email with a link to download itl

However, the link goes to the Paypal home page with no obvious way to download the report.

I submitted a second request, got another email, but that link went to the home page.

How do I find my "activity report"?
