Hi! received payment $38 USD on 29 December 2018 and after received goods buyer opened dispute and a Temporary Hold in my account on 08-Feb-2019 for $35.68USD,after discussion with buyer we mutually agreed for product return and payment refund,but till date not received any goods and unfortunately without any notice on 21-Mar-2019 $38USD Payment Reversal to buyer,how it is possible and how to get back our product from buyer?
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the buyer. I would advise contacting us to appeal the decision on your case. Hopefully it's resolved amicably!
