paypals sales tax info. help is not working

on the financial summary is the difference between payments received and disbursements received the sales tax? why can't we see any sales tax info.

Sorry I messed my question up.  I meant difference of sales activity and payments received.  Sales activity is less than Payments received.  The Payments received total is what is on the 1099.
