Sorry to hear about your issue.
Unfortunately there are thousands of different ways you can violate the people's user agreement. Not just charge backs,Disputes,Claims. It could be something you sold or your plan of action with your items that's not permitted. You should look at the user agreement and see if anything you've done applies. If you're in the US You can open a case with bbb.org under PayPal San Jose California office of executive escalations to review your account as well as your issue.
