Some paid money into my PayPal account but apparently PayPal charged double and in the email, it said i should send back the extra that was paid to an account then send a screenshot to an email before the original money she paid shows in my account. I am unsure if PayPal sent me that email because i have sent money before and i never had to that.

Its a SCAM delete any emails and ignore them.

I totally believe you because the email was not sent from PayPal but it was written in a way you will think PayPal sent it. I have forwarded the email to PayPal. Thank you
