how do i cancel a refund? i think i accidentally refunded my refund.

You refunded a refund you received? Once a refund is sent/completed, it can't be canceled. Have to contact the other party to explain the situation and ask them to send your refund again.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
