old receipt

Need a receipt for an Ebay purchase from 2015. I've called twice and they cant seem to get the information to me. I think a financial institution would be able to find this information and get it to me. Or be able to resend the email they sent me when I made the purchase.

Select Transaction type, date range, customize report fields, and report format.

Can get transactions for the last 7 years.

I can get the transaction but this purchase was for a TV and I bought a warranty at the same time. Now I need to make a claim on the TV and the transaction information is not good enough, the want the detailed information.
