I purchased a camera with paypal several years ago. It was recently stolen, and the insurance company wants a receipt. How do I access history from 4-5 years ago?
In such instances, you will need to request download of the activity choosing Statements in the Activity section. Here you can create a report with the timeframe you wish. I tried as was suggested, but it would only let me go back to November 2015. I purchased the previously mentioned camera late 2013 or early 2014. Suggestions?
