no response from Paypal on customer refund

I responded to a dispute from a customer who asked for a refund on October 4. Paypal still shows the case as "reviewing by paypal". That's nearly 3 weeks. Is this normal response time??

Conveniently for them, they don't provide a mechanism to post a question once you respond to a case.

PayPal will try to resolve claims within 30 days. Sit tight. Or call PayPal Customer Service:
