In March 2018 I made a donation to a charitable organization via PayPal. I have a copy of the email from PayPal confirming that payment. However, when I now look up all my 2018 transaction in my PayPal profile, there's no record of this transaction. What's going on?
(I want to know this information because I need to notify the organization of my payment, as a reminder for them to send me an official receipt for income tax purposes.)
Did you log into your paypal account to pay them OR did you pay as a guest buyer via a card to their site where they process paypal via a card reader etc.
