I used to used the Transaction history reports to dump out a months transactions to up load receipts to my GL and the "balance impact" field allowed me to isolate memo transactions from the normal debits and credits. since this report has gone away and I am stuck with the Competed Payments Activity download, which does not identify memo transactions, and in fact reports a false running balance if there are memo transactions involved, I need help.
I feel either the memo transactions should be left off the completed payments activity report - or their dollars should not impact the total, so that the running total matches that of the summary screen - and the "Balance Impact " field should be brought back to the report, please if you're going to continue to include memo transactions in the report.
