Hello, i am a seller and one buyer filed a claim under “item not as described” after agreeing on a refund once i recieve back my item, they adding the tracking information as N/A and shipping company 6037011. I don’t think i’m going to get my item back. in this case, since the tracking will never say “delivered”, when will the case be resolved if i never receive my item back.
