on 24 october i purchased a slow cooker from a seller on ebay. on 27 oct the courier came with a parcel and it had my name on package but wrong address it was actually a phone case.i messaged the seller 12 times ,sent him photos from my outside camera plus screenshots of package .they never replied so i opened a case on paypal then i recieved 1 message from seller saying as i done this he would not chat to me and let ebay or paypal sort it. over the last 9 days paypal have recieved many messages ,photos , screenshots from me until today 5 nov . i need to say that this seller had done the same thing to 3 other buyers in october. sending cases out instead of buyers proper order and sending to wrong address. i sent paypal order numbers of these buyers.today 5 nov recieved a message from paypal asking me to send them a report off the police regarding this carry on .phoned paypal then said i dont need to get police and get a report off action fraud on there website it says they dont deal with parcel deliveries so i sent paypal a screenshot of action fraud .4 hours and nothing off paypal i find it hard to believe how pathetic paypal is asking me to get a report off police or action fraud for the wrong parcel being delivered . i also asked whose decision it was , paypal or ebay wanting this stupid report heard nothing paypal customer services is as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike . aone got any help?
