For the first time i have an issue with a seller, he sold me very low quality items froma german website and then, 4 months later when i received the dresses, i found out they were all chinese. i asked to be refunded and to get my money back after sending them back the items but this chinese keeps on sending me emails asking me discount and that i need to pay 20 usd if i wanna send the items back. i have been trying to call paypla for 2 weeks but always the same answer: all the offices are closed due to covid. how can i do? what kind of protection do we have?
