i can't check my account summary

after i logged in to my account it's asking captcha. after that it's automatically direct to account summary page. but it's URL showing this. https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/summary/error 

and that page showing paypal internal error.(please check screenshot document) i tried using my phone browser safari and laptop browser chrome. both showing same error. but paypal app worked well. please solve this problem asap.Untitled.png

It seems like you are facing a technical issue. I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
