how far back can i go in transaction history

 hi,

i need to go back over a year ago in my history for a warranty issue but i cannot find away of doing this.

i can see transaction history with a calendar and i select 2017 but it only shows 2018.

go to reports > statements > monthly and page back to 2017 at the bottom.
